The Railway Building

The Railway Building is a 35,000 sq. ft. ground-up development located in Cedar Park, TX. The development features a Class A, three-story office building with a rooftop terrace and underground parking.

Project Amenities: Rooftop overlooking the pond, outdoor working areas, and underground parking. CDC guidelines for office environments will be followed throughout building operations, including HEPA air filtration systems, touchless access controls, and additional technology enhancements.
